Marc was born and raised in Toronto. He studied International Relations at Trinity College, University of Toronto, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree. Marc also has a Juris Doctor degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.
Marc has been with the firm since 1995. He practises primarily in the area of family law and in addition practises civil litigation.
Marc has completed Level Two Collaborative Family Law training and is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Association of Durham Region. Collaborative Family Law is an approach to resolving family law disputes outside of the court system through a series of four-way meetings between the spouses and their respective lawyers. The goal of the process is to achieve a negotiated settlement that takes into account the interests of both spouses and their children while avoiding the negative side-effects adversarial court proceedings inevitably have on the family.
When not at work Marc enjoys cycling and spending time with his family.
